TEMPORARY OR CONTRACT WORK

Tight delivery dates, projects, skill shortages, illness, one-off problems, even just sheer pressure of work – any of these or a variety of other reasons can create problems for organisations. Many of these problems can be solved by turning the labour tap on and off as the need arises. A single telephone call will usually be sufficient for us to assess the requirements, possibly to arrange to visit to view the need, or simply to assign a relevant candidate into the contract.


PERMANENT RECRUITMENT SERVICE

The company operates a highly efficient and flexible permanent placement service – again specialising in most aspects of skilled, technical and semi-skilled work. The service includes full interview, CV preparation and submission, reference checking, psychometric profiling where appropriate, and an ongoing quality assessment.
